This site has been set up to help provide a place for the residents and owners of Model Lodging House to keep up to date on the building's goings on, to find useful information and resources relevant to them, and to help keep in touch with the community.
Model Lodging House is run by a Management Company - all leaseholder owners should own a single share in the company. This is a real company, registered with Companies House and is required to make regular filings related to it's business and accounts.
The day to day responsibilities of running and maintaining the building are delegated to an agency. Currently, we use Manchester Residential Management (MRM) Limited, a management agency based out of Eccles.
The Secretary for the Management Company is Mr Nwakaji Eppie of MRM. He can be contacted at neppie@manchester-residential.co.uk.
The board of directors consists of leaseholders of the building, and they are appointed by application to (and at disgression of) the company shareholders.

The Management Company has not held a recent General Meeting. There are currently no minutes available from the secretary. The secretary is planning meetings to come (as of Sept 2023).
